Items will be sent within 3 working days via Royal Mail Special Delivery. A signature will be required on receipt of the goods.

Free delivery on orders over £50.00. A £3.50 charge will be added for orders under £50.00

On Line Purchases

If you would like to return an item purchased from our website for a refund or exchange, please return it in its original packaging within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that return postage is not included in the sale.

You can also return goods through any of our stores, a list is shown on our website. Please note that refunds cannot be processed in store.

Please e-mail websitemallard@mallardjewellers.com before returning an item and we will send you the return address.

Any amount due will be refunded by the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for this process to complete.

In Store Purchases

We also allow you to return goods if you change your mind for items purchased in store. Please return the unused goods to the store in the original packaging with the original till receipt within 30 days and we will offer you an exchange or gift card. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Both policies exclude bespoke and personalised items.
