Delivery Of Goods

Items will be sent within 3 working days to the billing address only, via Royal Mail Special Delivery next day service. A signature will be required on receipt of the goods.

Standard On-Line Return Policy

If you would like to exchange or return an item from our website, please contact us for instructions within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Return postage, packaging and insurance will be at your expense and your responsibility and you must follow our reasonable instructions.

Please send your item using the recommended tracked mail system and retain proof of postage. The item must be in its original unworn condition, with any documentation provided, along with the dispatch note and original packaging.

You can also take your item into a local Mallard store, no refunds can be given at the stores, however this will be actioned by the website team.

Any amount due will be refunded back onto the original payment method used. Please allow up to 7 working days for this process to complete.

This exchange policy excludes bespoke and personalised items.
