On Line Purchases

If you would like to return an item purchased from our website for a refund or exchange, please return it in its original packaging within 14 days from the date of dispatch.

You can also return goods through any of our stores, a list is shown on our website. Please note that refunds cannot be processed in store.

Any amount due will be refunded by the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for this process to complete.

In Store Purchases

We also allow you to return goods if you change your mind for items purchased in store. Please return the unused goods to the store in the original packaging with the original till receipt within 30 days and we will offer you an exchange or credit note. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Both polices exclude bespoke and personalised items.
